Worried about next year accommodation watch

So I've just finished my first year at Newcastle University and I've already decided my second-year accommodation, but after reading the reviews about the accommodation I'm worried I've chosen the wrong place!

I'll be living at The Foundry which was recommended by Walton Robinson, both of these companies have terrible reviews. Right now I feel like changing my accommodation would be best as I don't want the headache of dealing with the loss of water and internet, constant fire alarm annoyance, damages not being fixed; but it's all too late.

This studio is priced £135pw which is the maximum I'm willing to pay, a quick Google showed other studios being far more expensive.

Has anyone got any advice or can reassure me this accommodation is going to be fine?

    Hey LookAgain

If you are looking at other accommodation still, Vita Student Newcastle will be opening it's doors for the first time in September!

Absolutely everything is included, all bills, breakfast Monday to Friday, gym membership, 250 mb of broadband and WiFi, 40 smart television, designer kitchen appliances and so much more!

If you would like, i can arrange a Skype viewing for normal viewing for you. Or ideally send you some more information?

If you've already signed a contract then you can't just change your mind unless you find someone to take over.*
