There has been no war amongst EU members.but there have been horrible wars in Europe amongst nations that are not in the EU (eg Bosnia, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Russia).

With a major nation such as the UK pulling out of the EU (if it happens) then it is a possibility that the whole organisation might unravel.

If this happens, and Russia tries to move into Estonia or other Baltic state (for whatever reason) in the next 50 years.... Then all hell could break lose and one could look back in time and blame some of it on BREXIT: voters.

BREXIT: is a kick in the teeth to global peace.

Oh give it a rest you demented half wit.

No matter what happens to the EU, NATO still exists. NATO is what is stopping wars in Europe - and has done since 1949.

And let's be honest. The UK was one of 28. If the organisation is so weak that losing 1/28th of it can cause it to collapse then it's a damn good thing that we're not involved.

As the EU has prevented wars perhaps this is the solution in the Middle East.

What if the countries of the Middle East came together in ever closer union and integrated with a common parliament and central bank, and a single currency, and applied the same laws so businesses knew that the same rules applied to Israel as to Yemen as to Iran etc.

These countries should come together as one and end war.

In fact send Blair there to broker it he could be the first President of the Middle East Union.

EU was established in 1993. No significant wars occurred between European countries many decades before it was established...

Except the Ukrainian war in Donbass was partly the fault of the EU that encouraged mass protests before things turned violent in the first place..

Then there was the fact Germany was arming Croatia and Bosnia during the Yugoslav wars. Many EU members supported the bombing campaign that killed thousands of innocent civilians.

So protecting peace by arming and encouraging conflict? Great logic OP.

Then I suggest the OP should move to China. We can't afford to lose you in WW3.

Edit: The Great Firewall of China would also help you from spending too much time spamming TSR.

dont worry if article 50 isnt invoked by march 31st 2017 there needs to be 14 countries backing the uk to leave and if not we stay in. the eu army will then take control of all our troops and all under 35s can be conscripted into the eu army.your then be able to subvert democracy and hang traitors like me who choose to side with Russia and anti EU rebel forces.

Yes we still have a chance democracy will work.
    a) A referendum to see if we like the BREXIT: Agreement?
    b) An election before BREXIT: completes.

We need more democracy in this country not less. BREXIT: like spoilt brats, now they have their way, dont want the electorate to ever vote again. Their true colours are indeed Fascist in this reguard. Has anyone ever met a BREXIT: Voter who would like more voting connected to BREXIT:??

I think Thersa may just did a turncoat to the Remain camp. Looks like a Coup. She said there will be no 2nd referendum and she is determined to go ahead with the Brexit.

Now the markets are going up more than ever.

I think the Tories have played devils advocate with the Remain camp.
