Took a pregnancy test a week ago and it came out negative, but I've been getting some symptoms such as cramping, feeling bloated, sore breasts and nausea and mood swings. I thought it was hormonal, but it's been a week and boobs are still sore.

And it will be coming up to a month after my last period. :/

The thing is, I am on the implant so I don't know if the hormone issue is to do with it or if i'm pregnant

The implant is extremely reliable contraception, so it's very unlikely you're pregnant. And surely it's normal to have a month between periods? Don't forget the implant can make your cycle less regular. Take another test if you're still worried though.
