I am in year 13 and have finished my exams. I am now in the process of applying for a job, one of the questions are:
Do you have any planned leave or studies in the future that may impact your current availability at work?

Does this mean, I need to inform them about me going to university in September?

    No, you don't.

Just don't sign a contract that's over 2 months and you're gucci. Work with temp agencies is a possiblity too.

You do need to tell them in truth. So that they will be impressed and understand that you will work less hours during university term. They might let you in longer working hours in half term/holiday.

Yes, that's exactly why they are asking.
