Anyone else want to learn a language with little to no experience with the desired language choice. I was wondering whether or not it would be possible to learn a language as part of an apprenticeship or job even ? Anyone have any information

You can definitely learn anything you want to outside of a job/apprenticeship but learning one as part of it might not always be possible. Do you have a particular apprenticeship or job in mind? And would the language you want to learn have benefits for the employer (I.e. do they work with companies in that country or run part-exchanges)?

If you know which company you are looking at, then contacting them and asking is worthwhile and doesn't do you any harm.

If you just wanted to learn a language outside of the job, you could try emailing local colleges and centres to see if there are any weekend classes or evening classes that would give you structured programmes. Alternatively, there are many free apps such as Memrise, Duolingo and many other websites that are often free for a variety of languages.

I hope this helps and feel free to message me if you need anything
