Hi
I don't quite know how to get a protein alignment done for a specific protein on jalview. Like, do i have to add each protein individually or is there a way to get it to align my protein of choice with al proteins in the database and give me an alignment result?
Would love an answer asap as i need this for a presentation soon:P
THANK YOU!!
-C
