I'm feeling really unmotivated too at the moment so I feel your pain but some great advice I was given was to remember all the reasons you started in the first place and also try and enjoy the journey even if you haven't hit the numbers you're after yet

Force yourself to go, your lifts will go up. Look at your diet and recovery

Depends how advanced you are, how fat and diet and routine etc.

They'll recover to some degree if you've had a bit of an unexplainedloss in strength

Look up youtube workout motivation videos. Remember that you can't expect to look toned in one day. Think about the end result

As cheesy as it sounds I like to watch motivational movies or watch videos of the people I look up too.

Funnily enough I find The Dark Knight Rises motivating, I think because he starts from nothing as trains everyday to eventually make it at the end..Aswell as Pain & Gain. but I feel like that's just for me personally
