    Breakfast: Toast, banana and honey
    Lunch: Chicken stew with potatoes and carrots
    Dinner: Small portion of rice and chicken and some cucumber
    Snack: Mini Apple Pie

    Not really - seems pretty healthy TBH - you've got proteins carbs and fruit and veg and a bit of sugar aha
    Today I've had
    Weetabix, toast, banana, kiwi fruit, pasta, garlic bread ... That's it

    Are you on a diet? and no what you ate isn't bad at all, overall it actually seems quite balanced.
