    Basically I have an extra thyroid I have an extra one in my tongue and doctors are unable to give me much information as they've never seen it before does anyone know how it could potentially effect me?

    It's hard to say for sure, especially if even doctors who have seen don't know. Maybe you won't be affected, maybe you'll have hyperthyroidism, although that's something your doctors would have checked for in a blood test. If they're not worried, you shouldn't be either. This probably isn't the best place to get the kind of answers you're looking for, I'm sorry. I hope you find all your answers!
