Hi guys,
I want to know, what is the difference between biomedical and biomedicine. What jobs can I get with each degree and which one is more competitive?

There is no difference, they are the same degree with a slightly different name. You can do any job that doesn't require a specific degree (most don't), or graduate jobs which requires a science or bio-related degree (drug companies, the NHS, oil and gas, research etc).
