Im really interested in doing a unning event where you run up a tower with 35 floors. Is there enough time to train for running up 877 steps from complete beginner by November? Could someone recommend a training planor any websites?

yes, usually these events offer a training plan when you sign up
I would just work on your cardiovascular fitness to start with (so go and run) and then work on more specific muscles, so run stairs, up hill and do lunges etc
