HI guys, I'm thinking about applying for an Aldi job part time as a stock assistant. I wanted to know what the application process is like, and what they require me to say in their interviews and my CV. Thanks.

I ended up dropping my application before an interview, but you need to do online tests and fill out A LOT of questions, so don't leave it too late to apply!

It took a more than a month for entire process, but I passed the online application, two weeks later I had a one to one interview with the area manager. A week later I was invited to a two hour Aldi "work experience". The 2 hours was supposed to be a health and safety review, a tour of the store, and then paired work with a manager or store assistant. When I arrived the store manager was in a panic because she was having a visit from upper management. She did not address health and safety instead rushed me through signing the paperwork. I then spent the entire 2 hours unloading pallets and stocking shelves with no feedback and barely any instruction on the pallet lifters etc. All this to get a " no" 3 days later. There was nothing about the job I couldn't do, in fact I went above what she asked and I should have been doing for a trial day. I wish that I had not wasted my time. I am relieved as I found some behaviour and processes very worrisome. I would not recommend.
