Yes even just walking around the shops help improve my mood if I am feeling down, but buying myself a little treat perks me up the most.

No. I can hear my bank account crying with every item I buy.

I HATE shopping, but getting something new is always a nice way to add a little excitement to the day.

Depends on what I'm shopping for:

Grocery shopping: "My arms hurt from carrying these juices, and they'll be gone in a few days anyway. In fact, the £30 I just spent will all go poof within a few days. Bah! What a rip-off!"

Book shopping: "Hell yes! I'm going to put these in a pretty pile next to my bed when I get home so that I can smell them every day when I wake up. Spending £50 on books in a week is perfectly justified!"

I always feel guilty about spending money so I tend to avoid shopping at all costs and just buy things online sometimes

yes I love it looking at something and then buying it
like my Rolex two-tone Datejust 40 it was priced at £7,700 in store and I walked in tried it on for comfort then paid for it cash
I know I could have hustled and got 5-10% off for cash but I had almost £30,000 in my satchel so i decided to treat myself

I found a great bit of fun in looking like I couldn't afford something and seeing the staff doubting me then out came a wad of hidden cash
