due to my school not letting me do Maths Alevel, I taught myself the subject and after exams now, thought maybe not doing as well as had hoped, I was wondering how I apply to universities with as I do not have a teacher or tutor to get predicted grades.

Whoever does your reference also enters your predicted grades. Ask your referee if they'd be happy to predict a grade for you based on your AS results (that's what I did and nobody seemed to mind). If your referee is unable or unwilling to predict a grade then you should contact the universities you're applying to and explain the situation, they will probably say leave it blank.
