Hi, i used to be a regular here
I recently took a picture of myself and realised i had put on quite a lot of fat relative to how i was previously - sneaks up on you for sure!
I decided to change that, so i gave myself 6 weeks to see how much of a difference i could make.
I have done it now, and here are the results
I am posting this to give anyone else who is embarking on this road, or is half way through for summer and is struggling with motivation - you can do it!
