Will doing MOOCs help ?

Will doing MOOCs help to increase chances of admission into a university for physics? I do some outside reading and was wondering whether having done and completed MOOCs show even more passion for the subject and independent learning skills?

Yeah, probably. Learning more is never a disadvantage.
