    Hi,Have the chance of getting some MU123 maths material from friend cheap (unused) - would my 16yrold benefit from studying this at all going from GCSE to A level maths? Would it help with self confidence etc?Many thanks.

    yes it would help him they are good material and produced in away that is understandable for maths novices

    I think you would be better off getting the content for MST124, it starts at the most basic level and goes just beyond A-level standard, which will assist your child when going to university.

    It is one of the best modules out there for intro maths and it comes with hundreds upon hundreds of questions in each book, which have self contained chapters.
