Leeds vs UCL for International Engineering Student

I'm an American student coming to the UK for my masters degree. I'm planning on studying engineering management. I've already received a conditional offer from Leeds, but have not heard back from UCL yet. I honestly have no idea if it will be a yes or a no. If it's a yes, which school should I chose? I spent a few days in London in May and loved it, but I've also heard Leeds is a great student city. I'm looking for a place where I'll have the most enjoyable time while getting a good education.
100% UCL, especially if you want the best employment prospects!
