    So yes, you should qualify for Tuition and Maintenance loans.

    Are you starting in Sept 2016?

    Thanks guys and I would like to ask you I want to to study at another university foundation degree again do you think student finance will allow to pay tuition and maintenance fee it is because of I want to change my degree subject

    SFE make one year's extra funding available (a so-called "gift" year) for students who need to re-sit a year, or change their course/university and start again.

    So yes.

    IIs that means they can pay for me for four year including undergraduate year after now?

    If the course is a 4 year long course as standard yes (and you qualify for SFE).

    Just to address your original question, did anybody at Leeds Beckett confirm that you could use a student loan to pay for the international foundation year? I would be very surprised if they did - generally international foundation years are not for home students, they're targeted at non-EU international students whose English language skills are not up to scratch.
