    Focus on carbohydrates and filling foods like pastas and breads, avoid lean meat and eat a little at regular intervals to maintain weight.

    You need to eat at a calorific suprlus. Figure out what your maintenance calories are, then eat more than you burn by 500.
    Easiest way is just to open an account on MFP and ask on the weight gaining forum.


    If you find it difficult to eat in amount, then you need to eat more calorie dense, full fat foods.

    I would also incorporate exercise, especially weights to maximise your chances of gaining muscle.
    Are you already a normal weight and wnat to bulk up or are you underweight and want to move to a normal weight?

    Carbs and fat. Milkshakes are good. Protein is quite filling for it's calorie content so I'd stay off that.
