I weigh around 195 pounds, 88.8kg and I am aged 22 who wants to lose about 2 pounds a week. I want to know how much daily calories should I take per day because I know that I need to lose 1,000 calories per day but I want to know how much calories I should intake to lose 2 pounds a week?
You then eat 1000 calories less per day (as you already understand) less than your TDEE to lose approximately 2lbs per week. Bare in mind depending on your TDEE and other factors this rate of weight loss many not be sustainable for you and you may do better losing 1-1.5lbs per week instead.
