Guess it depends on the type of customer. If it is your average consumer looking for a new tyre, Google reviews, location and website is going to make a difference. As it is likely to be a one-off, spur of the moment decision, I wouldn't think it was worth sending out pens to everyone in the hope that someone has a burst tyre in the near future.
If it is more B2B, promotional products may be more useful, as well as a good website, reviews and location.
I'd say price would be more important than any of those with a good as homogeneous as tyres
