Hey, so I am born in England and hold a British passport. However, my mother is Russian and I am currently in the process of obtaining a Russian passport.

Should I put my second nationality on my UCAS as Russian, considering by the time I submit my UCAS that I will most likely have obtained the passport? Or is it not applicable?

    Thank you in advance

Will you be renouncing your British citizenship? If you are, then you will be required to put down Russian, as that will be your only citizenship.

If you are not renouncing your British citizenship, you could put down either

Yes, you can. In my school we were advised to put down both Irish and British nationality if we wanted (as this was in N.Ireland) and many in my year did so, even if they did not hold both passports. But since you will have your Russian one by the time you submit the UCAS form, there is no harm in it. Dual nationality.
