    Hey all..

just out of interest, does anyone know if a job exists out there, which has a shorter period of learning, and is also better paid than being a Doctor?

Obviously, something specific to the human body, more biology than chemistry...you know..a course close to the content in medicine.

if you can forgive my crap writing style ( due to my hate for English lit + lang) please reply.

    Any 'magic circle' 'milkround' company...

    Wouldn't necessarily be scientific though!

Biomedical science would give you a more shallow version of medicine without the patient contact. You wouldn't be in a high earning pay band though after your degree, unless you sold out and went to work in the City or similar!

Also, if you're only in to the idea of medicine for the money... don't bother! 'We' could do without your sort!

hehe, define 'quickly'. 2 years PRHO foundation, min. 2 years SHO, min. 5 years SpR. that's at least 14 years work from beginning med school until the realms of private medicine are available
