Hi guys. So I bought myself a new notebook and want to start writing a journal but idk how?! I want it to be neat and organised (ocd is a big thing lol). I was recommended to start writing a journal to cope with stress etc. Just wondering how you do it if you have one, or any ideas?

You need to do what's right for you. It might be that you feel the need to express yourself when things get a bit too much, so you could write in your journal then. Don't do what you think you should do based on a trend or what some one has told you to do- but do what is right for you.
