Trying to get back into the gym after a year or so away due to plethora of factors, most of which are pretty nonsensical.
Nevertheless, I am currently (unashamedly) rocking a bit of a dad body or as I like to describe it "the Leonardo Di Caprio body when he's not filming". I Need a bit of advice in terms of my nutrition, nutritional approach (bulk then cut etc) and exercise about how to get my body looking somewhere like the 3 pictures I have attached. Before anyone says it; yes one of them is Cristiano Ronaldo, no I am not some weird fanboy who busts a nut over his Instagram and I am much better at football than him
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Or does it play no part?
