    This basically sums me up at the moment. I'll be keeping a blog for the next month to keep me on it and motivated. My aims are to lose fat and get fitter.

    Cardio will be cycling and running which will probably be in the form of HIIT. I'll be tracking my bike rides on mapmyride. I do have dumbbells which can be 4 or 8kg. I'll be tracking my food intake on my fitness pal.

    Before and after photos to follow.. possibly.
    Weight: about 160lbs but will confirm
    Will do some measurements when I find a tape measure.
