I have 7A*s, 3A's, and a B in Geography. I want to study Biology or Maths at University, does the B hinder my chances? Can I retake that iGCSE if it will make anything better?

I don't know what qualification you're taking after GCSE but generally Oxbridge believe A-Levels (or equivalent, eg. IB) are a much better indicator of academic skill than GCSE. As long as your A Level results are stellar, the B at GCSE shouldn't stop you getting in. I've heard of plenty of people get into Oxbridge with a B grade at GCSE

Yes, they will see that one B grade and start laughing, they'll take your application and show all the other professors at the other colleges just to ridicule you before throwing it into a pit of fire.

No, no it won't have any impact whatsoever. Focus on your A level predictions, doing well in the entrance exam and the interview. Those are much more important than GCSE grades.
