    Hi guys,

What is the meaning of "...a pass in your Foundation Degree with average two thirds merit."?

If I don't meet those requirements means that I am not going to receive an offer?

Thanks in advance for your help.

That's exactly what it means. You have to get an overall pass and, from your modules, at least two thirds have to be merits for them to accept you. It's like meeting A level requirements. You don't get it, you don't get in unless you're lucky and they decide to accept you even if you slightly missed it.
