You will probably be entered for two GCSEs English Language and English Literature?
There will be two exams for English Language whereas you be assessed on the books and
poetry in a separate two exams in English Literature. If you tell me which exam board you will
be studying I can give you more information about how the exams are laid out.

One of the language exams is on persuasive writing and articles whereas the other language exam will be on 19th century extracts and creative writing.
The first exam you will be tested on Macbeth and Frankenstein whereas the next exam you will tested on Animal Farm and Power and Conflict Poetry.
I can help you on Animal Farm and Power and Conflict if you need it but I have not studied Macbeth or Frankenstein.
Good texts though.
