    With cold water, your brain instructs you to consume nor water, and thus the extra consumed water will leave your body at a quicker rate.

    So I'll need to pee more often? Not the end of the world. Drinking cold water does reduce your core body temperature.

    A fan is nice but when I'm trying to catch them all in 32 degrees its a bit useless
