Option 1: walk to your bathroom. Remove clothes. Turn on shower. Step into shower.

Option 2: go into your garden and use a hose pipe.

it's a mind over matter thing, there's nothing stopping you showering except your own brain so you just need to get back into the habit

You forgot to yelp, as the cold water hits you, stepping outside the shower, waiting for the water to get warmer and then stepping into shower

Have you seen your doctor and told them about this? It can be a vicious cycle if things aren't stopped in their tracks.

Go swimming. Once your clothes are off, you'll be one step down and can get in the shower before you get in the pool and after you come out.

Speak to your doctor. Do you not have the energy? Try and make a proper schedule for yourself. Set a time to go to sleep and stick to it, and set a time to wake up and stick to it. Make a time to shower, around getting out of bed, and stick to that. The longer you let this go on, the harder it'll be to sort it.

sounds like troll post *because even if you didn't wash for 2 weeks at a time, the people you live with or work/study with would just out right tell you to take one.
