I want to be certified to teach English abroad so I can do so for volunteering abroad as well a earn some money by doing it online. My main goal is to be able to learn the language of the country I will be staying in.What's the cheapest/ efficient way of going about it? in terms of the course to apply to and the website. Preferably a short course too so I can start teaching asap.

I thought learning languages like Mandarin(the most spoken language in the world!) would be best done living in countries that speak it.

My brother has been teaching English in China for nearly two years and he did an online course with LoveTEFL to qualify. I'm not sure how much it was but he was on JSA at the time so I'm assuming it wasn't expensive.
