Even tough I have a family to take care for my life has no limit in the sense to travel and explore. I have a good life with my family. Recently i received a paid scholarship for university of applied science in New York. My husband is an engineer and he can work from home. He takes care for our son of course together but when I am not home he is the one to take care. What do you think? Shall we move and take my chance and go the the university? What would you do?

Well you need to talk into account the economics of the move and your children's future. If you can make it work in terms of money and get your children into a good school and have better or as good prospects as they have now, then you should do it.
