Interview question - How would you provide VIP service to customers??? watch

    I have an interview coming up and from all my research, there is a very high chance that this will come up. Can anybody give me some points which I can talk about? Only points I have is attention....

    Personalised experience for each individual customer
    Exceed expectations by 'going the extra mile'
    Following up on customer enquiries promptly

    Just a few I can think of off the top of my head.

    Why don't you find some companies with excellent customer service (like John Lewis etc) and have a look on their website. I'm sure it will include information on how they 'value' their customers which may give you more ideas!

    Thinking of things the customer might ask you before they ask you, so trying to ' know ' and ' figure ' out the customer and assess their needs
