How are you meant to know if you are allergic to anything? watch

    As far as im aware i've never been allergic to anything however whenever i drink cranberry juice my throat swells up a bit and it is hard to swallow, also i ate some weird thing with loads of vegetables in that i've never eaten before on some expedition and my tongue swelled up loads and i couldn't swallow that well so i was just wondering if these are allergies.
    Not that i am paticuarly bothered, haven't died yet or anything just curious

    That doesn't sound good and it does sound like an allergy. Sometimes, you may get a rash.

    If you don't react normally to eating something in particular you may have an allergy…
