The first link isn't working and the second leads to many tops, not a specific one. Could you wear the dress with a denim jacket, or maybe an open denim shirt?

First link doesn't work and second takes me to a variety of tops not just one. When you fix the links quote me so I can give you some advice.

    First link still isn't working.

I really like that top though. I'm a sucker for lace. I think it's so beautiful and elegant.

I think an open denim shirt may work as already suggested

I feel like the lace would be too much because the dress is already SO printed. You want the dress to be a statement if you know what I mean? Why don't you consider cropped cardigans such as this one:

Are you planning to wear the dress over the lace top? That would be a very cute, whimsical look!

I wouldn't wear that lace top with that dress. It's too over the top imo.

I think if you put it on and you feel good: wear it. If you concern yourself with the parameters or the trends too much you risk looking like every other girl in Adidas superstars, jeans ripped at the knee w/ distressed hems, a dark green bomber jacket and a Micheal Kors satchel of some kind (or the wallet if you are low on funds lol). I always like seeing someone dressed a bit out there because they were obviously feeling self-assured that morning and don't really give an eff (it's unpredictable too). I guess if that is not what you are going for, dial it down by losing the top and sticking with the dress and some nice nude sandals. Or, alternatively, lose the dress and sharpen up the top with something tailored yet slouchy, might be kinda cool (but I would stick to a neutral palette for that look) and it's still pretty bold because lace up top is quite revealing etc. But I guess it would help to know if you have a specific context in mind?

Too busy with the pattern and lace. Wear a plain white or grey top underneath instead*

Personally I wouldn't wear them. Reason should be obvious

But I don't think they look like they'd really work together anyway...
