Grow up and stop being stupid I guess? I have little time for people who snigger as you are talking. It is just plain rude.

Question is how do I make it stop? I might just have an associative mind.

Why do you think you take most things as innuendos? (Your age/gender/social groups/situation/personality)

By asking yourself this you could identify which factor contributes to your thought process so that you can stop/change it.

As long as you find it entertaining there's nothing wrong. Usually, people go through these immature phases (young to mid teens) but they soon grow out of it.

Are you not in control of yourself and your own actions? Just stop. If I can make my 3 year old put his hand over his mouth when he coughs I am sure you can stop yourself sniggering when others are talking.
