Basically I've had braces (train tracks) twice now l, first time when I had them off I kept forgetting to wear my retainer, second time my teeth were nice and straight and when I got my retainer I wore it straight away every single night. However one of my teeth have moved already and it's only been like 5 weeks and I've been wearing my retainer so I don't understand why it's moved? Any advice because I just want it straightened back into place so all my teeth are straight again.

If you're wearing your retainer there isn't much else you can do. your teeth will naturally move and settle in the months after removing your braces.

Perhaps talk to your orthodontist and see if there is some tightening or adjusting to be made on the retainer?

Like it's one of my bottom teeth and I've told my orthodontist before that the bottom retainer feels too big but she said it fits fine. (to me it doesn't)
I'll talk to her next time 👍🏼
