Only send it once you've received the payment. Then simply print off a postage label, or write the address on the package - you get their address either from paypal if it's verified, if not then from their eBay info - there's an option which says*Print postage label - you don't have to print it off you can just write it down. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/pay/packing.html for more info.
*ALWAYS SEND VIA SIGNED FOR DELIVERY. Proof of postage is NOT a proof of delivery so never send it via a non-recorded.

When the item has sold, you will be able to purchase a postage label. You will select which label you want e.g First class Royal Mail, and then you will see options for the cost depending on the weight of the parcel.

For example if the parcel is 1.5Kg and you're sending it via Royal Mail second class then it costs about £3.80.

You then pay for the postage label via PayPal, and then you can print the postage label, which you then stick on to the parcel.

You then drop off the parcel at the post office and it's all done !

If you don't want to print the postage label then you could just take it to the post office and they'll tell you how much it costs ect
