I brought some chocolate for my friend who is leaving my school tomorrow. He has been the best friend anyone could ever have and I've known him for about 6 years. He has always been there for me and a few of my other friends. He is so open and willing to talk about anything and everything. I trust him deeply.

Later on today I need to go into school. He will be there as he is helping out at school as we are both in year 11 and have left school so I will take the chocolates in with me and give them to him.

All I want to know is how do I keep them from melting in this heat on the way from my house to school as it takes around 25/30 minutes to get there.

Keep it somewhere cold. Like put it on a slab of ice. You can freeze some water in a zip lock bag or some sort of container and put the chocolate on top. Freezing the chocolate for a few hours before you take it with you could also work as it's not that long of a distance. Works better with chocolate with filling since the filling may stay frozen longer than the chocolate. Chocolate may just get hard and cold

It's a Thorntons premium choco collection. So basically it's a collection of all different types of chocolate - Milk, white, dark, caramel, nutty praline, hazelnut, turkish delight, etc.
    My friend absoulutely loves chocolate.

Lovely idea and hope you are staying in touch. The freezing will allow them to defrost normally by the time you hand them over. Maybe you have a cool bag?
