So I was halfway into a packet when I lost it so started a new one - didnt remember how far into the lost packet I was so just started from the beginning. Now I've finished that packet but didn't want to have a break because I wasn't sure if I'd be covered? So I started a new packet. Will it be ok to have a break after this one?*

It's all messed up now, because the first half of the second packet was making up for the pack I lost - so I feel like I'm behind? Is it safe to stop at the end of this one considering my body won't have had a full cycle? Maybe I'm overthinking it!*

Yes. You'll just have been taking it for seven or eight weeks before the break. There's no problem with that and you'll be covered for your week's break.
