I'm doing research for PhD applications for 2017 intake (gotta make sure my proposal is top-notch). I did my MA in SOAS and am focused on the Mid East.

Exeter says on its website that they're generally successful in securing funding for PhD students. Is this true? I cannot attend anything less than a fully funded program.

Also, everything about student life generally refers to undergrads or Masters postgrads. What's Exeter life like for PhD students?

Hey I am also in the same position. I am writing my proposal on the area of human rights law to apply to Exeter and can't possible imagine doing my PHD there without full funding. I read they are giving full scholarships for 20 successful applicants.
