I thought cones when I first looked at it not realising they were just putting the bollards what a pair of numpties :laugh:

Their putting the bollards in so the van was put there before any of them had been cemented in.

Apparently this was photoshopped. Look at the base of all the bollards in turn to see the difference.

lol, you are right, I just didnt have it zoomed in enough to see it.
put it to the photoshop test

copy image and paste onto paint and invert colours and look at bottom right bollard.

This is shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.
