I've been sent the EU16B application form and I have a few questions about it. Firstly, section 4, question a2 asks if I expect to receive any income, for example a student loan. I'll be receiving the Tuition Fee Loan from the SLC and in that case should I tick "yes"? And what evidence will I need to submit? The entitlement letter I received?
Secondly, as evidence of my mother's income she requested a letter from her employer confirming her earnings and a bank statement for 2014 tax year. Both documents are originals and are in English. Are they acceptable evidence?
