    my grandma died a couple of weeks ago, funeral was last friday. But every now and again i feel a wave of emotions, anger, frustation, sadness. i feel embarresed to cry in front of ppl tho. Whats wrong wiht mE? HOW CAN I STOP FEELING LIEK THIS?

    First of all, I'm sorry for your loss and second, it is absolutely normal for you to feel these emotions-its the process of bereavement. I suggest you look up it up if you are looking for answers. However, from what I know you should wait it out and not hold your emotions in; everyone has different ways of dealing with loss.
