I had received all 5 of my offers this year, one coming back as an unconditional. Being a stressy person, I accepted this so that some of the pressure could be taken off of my exams, but it was the lowest university of the 5 offers I was given - in hindsight I feel like I may have actually done well enough to go to one of the other 4!

I have read about adjustment but I'm really confused as there seem to be no straight answers for how to change an offer if it is already unconditional. I know that if you have a conditional offer it changes to unconditional when you receive your grades and then you can enter adjustment, but will this be an option for me too? Or am I bound to my unconditional no matter what?

You aren't obliged to go to any university, regardless of the terms of their offer.

I think adjustment is the only option for your situation.
