    How easy is it to make friends with work colleagues when starting a new job, as I imagine they already have their respective squads within the job

    Depends how similar you are to the people you're working with really, if you're all doing the same job then in theory you should be similar kinds of people so get on quite well, depending on the job obviously. New people turn up where I work and within weeks have made better friends with everybody than I have in 2 years so i don't think it's how long you've been there that affects these things too much
