I have been informed of HND/Foundation degree (2 years) by my business teacher who told me that after I complete the foundation degree, I will be able top up it for bsc but I wanted to know if the top up degree (1 year) really is valued as bsc would be.
Also I took a gap year so will I still be eligible for student loan.
I also looked at Foundation year which allows you to get entry into the bachelor degree which means that it will take 4 years to graduate so will I be able to get student loan after taking a gap year.
Which is better, Foundation year or Foundation degree ?

You get 4 years of finance from when you start studying so the gap year doesn't count. I think work experience is more important in this field but have a look at jobs you may be interested in and see what their requirements are. Either way it sounds like you'll end up with a bachelor's degree so I'd go with the shortest route but from which I get the most experience.
