    My doctor has just told me that i have badly injured my tendon in my left foot. What should i do to help it heal quicker?

    I had the same thing! Keep using it, and make sure you're still putting weight on it. It hurts like hell, but if you don't it might not heal properly and trust me when I say it's not good. I personally found ice to help, although some suggest heat packs. I'm sensitive to heat so that wasn't an option, but it's worth a try. Anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen should help too. Go with the advice of your doctor. That's just what I was told.
